Sending work to us
Please have impressions (preferably not alginates as they degrade extremely quickly and even as opposers can have issues) and any other information you feel will aid us in our process packaged up in secure boxes or sealed envelopes, then call us on 0808-1893323 in the UK and 01-4018127 in the Republic of Ireland so that we can have a courier collect the work.
NOTE: Please allow the impressions to dry before placing them in envelopes with the lab forms, it is essential that we are able to read all the information that you have filled in on the forms and water damage can prevent this.
If you have an account with Shannon Labs then please fill in the Lab booklet that has been sent to you (if you require a new booklet please email firstname.lastname@example.org). Lab forms can also be downloaded from our website. Please spend time to write all requests you may have on the lab forms, and ensure that your name, address, email address, and the patient’s name are on the forms.
Contact with Dentists
At Shannon Labs, we will acknowledge by email received impressions and any questions that we may have regarding the case will also be sent through email (generally if lab forms are filled out appropriately and impressions are of a good quality this will not occur). A completed preference form will also allow us to expedite your case. Once your case has been returned to you we will ask you to fill in an online questionnaire that will allow us to track quality over time. This survey should take no more than 10 seconds for normal cases and 30 seconds if there were any issues.
Returning your cases to you:
All cases will be returned to your practice through registered post/courier to ensure that your case can be tracked.
Terms of Payment
Accounts will be emailed to you on a monthly basis, and must be paid within 30 days of receiving your statement. Payment can be made by bank transfer or cheque. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions regarding your account.
